Depending on the size of your group, Villa Estrella can be rented as a 2, 3, or 4 bedroom villa with daily rental rates as follows

* Please note that premium pricing applies for Villa Estrella during the following periods:
  • December 22 through December 29, 2005 Christmas Week is priced at $625 per night.

  • December 29, 2005 through January 3, 2006 New Year's Week is priced at $580 per night.

  • March 22 through March 28, 2006 Rolex Regatta Week is priced at $580 per night.

  • April 12, 2006 through April 24, 2006 Easter Period is priced at $580 per night.

General Information:


Deposit: A three (3) night deposit is due within fourteen (14) days after making a reservation.
Cancellation: For a full refund, cancellation of reservation must be received no later than 45 days prior to arrival date, except Christmas which is no later than sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
Payment: Full payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. The exception Is Christmas reservations, which must be paid sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
Check In Time: 3:00 P.M.
Check Out Time: 11:00 A.M. to Noon


Credit Cards Accepted: Visa and MasterCard

Special rates for stays over 28 nights, call for details.

Early checkout requires a 3 days notice to avoid penalty.

Villa nightly rates are subject to U.S. Virgin Island
Government Room Tax and Service Fees.
